At NXS Peptides, all products are sold strictly for research use only (RUO). Due to the sensitive nature of our products and strict quality control standards, we maintain a strict no-returns policy, except in limited circumstances outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through our website are considered final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products once an order has been processed and shipped.
This policy is in place to:
- Protect product integrity
- Maintain compliance with laboratory-grade handling standards
- Prevent contamination or misuse of materials
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will replace or refund items only if they meet one of the following conditions:
- Product arrives damaged
- Product is defective
- Incorrect item was shipped
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
3. No Returns on Opened or Used Products
Due to the nature of our products:
- We do not accept returns on any opened, used, or tampered items
- We cannot verify handling conditions once products leave our facility
4. Shipping Policy & Delivery Terms
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Processing times may vary during high-volume periods
Shipping Methods
- Orders are shipped via third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)
- Shipping speed is selected at checkout and is not guaranteed
Risk of Loss
- All orders are shipped FOB Shipping Point
- Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier
Shipping Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information
- NXS Peptides is not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
- Returned or undeliverable packages
Additional shipping fees may apply to reship orders.
Tracking
- Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped
- It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment status
Delays
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier issues
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- High shipping volume periods
5. Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier:
- NXS Peptides is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
- Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
We may assist at our discretion but do not guarantee replacement or refund.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed
- If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order
- We cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment has begun
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to this Refund & Returns Policy.
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback for:
- Non-defective products
- Buyer’s remorse
- Misunderstanding of product use
- Shipping delays or carrier-related issues
may result in:
- Permanent account restriction
- Blacklisting from future purchases
- Submission of evidence to the payment processor to dispute the claim
